Apartment Marko, set on the upper floor, has a special sense of peace and privacy, as if you were tucked into the treetops of a pine forest. Mornings here begin on the spacious terrace, coffee in hand and eyes drawn toward the channel, while little boats glide quietly between Pašman and Ugljan and the air carries the scent of salt and pine. The kitchen beneath the sloping ceiling has all the warmth of an attic retreat. Shaded by an awning, the terrace becomes a private outdoor living room: a place for unhurried reading, afternoon rest and carefree hours in the shade. Towards evening, while children play on the terrace, the sky softens into gold and pink.
